Montgomery Trace POA is located just north of 1488, on a beautiful tract of land. The community has several lakes and large acreage tracts. We are proud to be part of the Montgomery Trace solution for success. January 2007 - Hearthstone Joins Chaparral Family! The golf course community of Hearthstone has joined the family of Chaparral communities. Hearthstone is an established community built in the early 70's, and with the great location to the Beltway and 290, is revitalized. Chaparral will be part of the reinvestment in the community! October 2006 - Chaparral awarded the 2006 Business of the Year Award! CHAPARRAL NAMED 2006 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR I am honored to announce that Chaparral Management was named the 2006 Business of the Year by the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce (Mid-Sized Business). At the recent luncheon of the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce, we received recognition, accolades and a beautiful glass trophy. More than 50 companies competed for the title of Business of the Year, and we were judged on four criteria: Financial and/or service contributions to the community Growth as indicated by the number of employees, revenues and/or market share Visible and extensive commitment to social responsibility and/or environmental improvements Membership in the Chamber for a minimum of one year It is wonderful clients that make it easy to do our job, and we are honored to be given this award. August 2002 - CMC EARNS TOP INDUSTRY DESIGNATION ALEXANDRIA, VA (AUGUST 15, 2002) Chaparral Management Company recently joined the elite group of community association management companies that have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation from the Community Association Institute. Chaparral Management Company is one of just over 100 companies in 22 states nationally to meet the rigid performance standards required to earn this prestigious designation. “We are thrilled that Chaparral meets CAI’s highest standard for community association management companies,” said CEO Pamela Bailey, CMCA, AMS®, PCAM®. The AAMC ® designation demonstrates our commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction and continuing education of our employees”. Chaparral Management Company, an 18-year old firm with offices in Houston’s Great Northwest, provides management services to over 50 homeowners associations in northern Harris and southern Montgomery counties. To earn the designations, companies must have a strict Code of Ethics, meet financial, educational and reporting requirements. At least 75% of the managers of Chaparral Management must hold the coveted Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), or Association Management Specialist (AMS®); or Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) and commit to annual continuing education. The Community Association Institute is a nonprofit association created in 1973 to educate and represent the nation’s 205,000 community associations. CAI members include homeowners, associations, related professionals and service providers.
