Service Requests can be provided to Chaparral Management for your Association either via email, telephone, fax or by mail. Please note specific information in your request such as your community, address and the specific service you are requesting.
Service Requests will be prioritized and work orders issued. Also, please note after review Chaparral Management may determine your request may be outside the jurisdiction of the Association and may be reported to Harris County, the City of Houston, the water district or whomever may handle the problem you report. Chaparral and your Association will monitor those service requests as well.
